Children who spend more time on smartphones or the Internet, have chemical changes in their brain, which are understood to have an addiction and this creates frustration and anxiety among them. Recently a team led by South Korean radiology professor Yong Shuk has found evidence of the test of the brain of the teenage boys.

These changes have been largely noticed in the adolescent's brain, as it has been found that all of them are addicted to smartphones or the Internet. Scientists at Seoul University of Seoul have tested about 19 young people aged between 15 and 16 years of age or Internet. They were asked whether they use the smartphone or the Internet, what effect does their daily lives have? Controlled teams were tested on more than 19 teenagers, who do not use the phone or the Internet if they are not needed.

Scientists say that the additives used to complain of frustration, depression, anxiety, insomnia, unrest, compared to these boys. The doctor took a three-dimensional or 3D picture of the participants, through which the chemical changes in the brain can be clearly understood. Scientists, especially Gamma Aminobacteric Acid or GABABA wanted to see the change. GABA is a type of neurotransmitter of the brain, which slow down the brain's message. In addition, GABA's eyesight, behavior, and many other functions of the brain such as sleep, anxiety have an impact on them.

The test found that there are high levels of GABA in children with addiction to smartphones and Internet.

However, scientists say that there is nothing to be taken by the guardians in this regard. Treatment can bring back addicts to normal life.
